Client Needs
Inner Fitness Counseling and Wellness needed a cohesive, professional brand identity built around Valarie's mission of providing a safe space for encouragement, healing, empowerment, and motivation. With services spanning mental health counseling, reiki, nutrition, and fitness, the brand needed to feel trustworthy, calming, and approachable to clients seeking mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The goal was to stand out in a competitive market while genuinely reflecting the safe, nurturing environment offered to clients, contractors, and participants.
Our Vision
The vision was a brand that could ride the line between calm tranquility and energetic action with clean lines to emphasize healing through movement, ample white space, and a harmonious color palette that felt professional yet empathetic. Designed to engage mostly women interested in both inner and outer work, the visual identity leaned colorful, radiant, and soft, with a logo combining a woman in a yoga pose to represent body work and a lotus leaf to represent enlightenment of heart and mind.
The result is a bright, community-centered brand that feels both grounding and uplifting, giving Inner Fitness Counseling and Wellness a visual identity as holistic as the services it represents. Every element, from the logo to the color palette, works to make clients feel safe, supported, and empowered as they begin or continue their healing journey.
